6-2 每週維護保養 Weekly Maintenance
(1) 檢測刀具拉栓是否鬆動，刀把 (SHOKE HOLD)是否清潔。
Check if the tool pull pin is loose and the tool holder (SHOKE HOLD) is clean.
(2) 清潔主軸內孔是否清潔，錐度研磨面是否有刮痕。 (如有刮痕，可能是
刀具與主軸內孔不乾淨所引起 )
Clean the inner hole of the spindle and clean the taper surface. (If there is scratch, it
may be caused by the tool and the inner hole of the spindle are not clean).
(3) 檢視油壓箱油量。
Check the amount of oil in the hydraulic tank.
(4) 檢視循環給油、集中給油之泵浦工作台是否正常。
Check whether the pumping for circulating oil and concentrated oil supply is normal.
(5) 檢測軸向機械原點是否偏移。
Check if the axial mechanical origin is offset.
(6) 清潔切削油箱過濾網。
Clean the cutter oil box suction line filters.
(7) 檢視所有散熱風扇是否作用。
Check to see if all cooling fans are working.
(8) 檢視刀具換刀臂之動作是否滑順。
Check if the tool changing arm is smooth.
(9) 檢視刀庫刀盤回轉時是否滑順。
Check if the tool magazine is smooth when it is swivel
