6-4 每半年維護保養 Half-year Maintenance
(1) 清潔 CNC 控制單元，操作面板。
Clean the CNC control element and operate the panel.
(2) 拆開軸向防屑護罩，清潔油管接頭，滾珠導螺桿，軸向極限，原點
微動開關，並檢測其作用是否良好。
Disassemble the axial anti-dust shield, clean the oil pipe joint, the ball lead screw, the
axial limit, the original micro switch, and check whether it works well or not.
(3) 清潔所有馬達。
Clean all motors.
(4) 更換油壓單元油壓油。
Replace the hydraulic unit hydraulic oil.
(5) 測試所有馬達啟動時是否有異常聲音。
Test all motors for abnormal sound when starting.
(6) 測試所有電子零件、單元和繼電器、配電盤。
Test all electronic parts, units and relays, and distributor.
(7) 清潔潤滑泵浦和油箱，並檢測內部電路接點。
Pump Clean the lubrication and tank and check the internal circuit contacts.
(8) 測試所有各軸背隙，必要時可調整補正量，調整各軸斜楔間隙。
Test all the backlash of each axis, adjust the correction amount if necessary, and adjust
the wedge clearance of each axis.
(9) 檢查和清潔所有散熱風扇，檢測是否作 用良好。
Check and clean all cooling fans to check if they work well.
(10)電氣箱內部、操作箱內部清潔。
The inside of the electrical box and the operation box are clean.
(11)編寫測試程式，檢測機械各相功能是否正常。
Write a test program to check if all mechanical functions are normal or not.
(12)主軸偏擺 RUN OUT 幅度是否過大，主軸軸承間隙是否不正常。
Is the spindle RUN OUT amplitude too large, and Spindle bearing gap is not normal.
(13)檢視螺栓或螺帽是否鬆動。Check if bolts or nuts are loosen or not.
