6-1 每日維護保養 Daily Maintenance
(1) 清除治具平台 、機台內，軸向伸縮護罩上的鐵屑、油汙。
Remove iron filings and oil stains on the fixture platform and the axial expansion caps
in the machine.
(2) 擦 拭 清 潔 治具平台、 機 台 內 ， 軸向伸 縮 護 罩 上 的 切 削 油 及 細 小 鐵 屑 ， 並
噴上防鏽油。
Wipe the cutter oil and fine iron filings on the cleaning fixture platform, machine table,
the axial expansion cover, and spray anti-rust oil.
(3) 主軸錐孔必須保持清潔，加工完畢後用主軸錐孔清潔器擦拭 .
The spindle taper hole must be kept clean and wiped with the spindle cone cleaner
after processing.
(4) 清潔持刀手指與持刀手指座及連桿組，並噴上一些潤滑油。
Clean the knife holding finger and the knife holder and the connecting rod set, and
spray some lubricant.
(5) 清潔主軸頭上持刀手指導軌，並塗上一些潤滑油。
Clean the spindle orbit on spindle head, and apply some lubricant.
(6) 檢查三點組合油杯內油量是否充足，並釋放三點組合空氣過濾水份油杯
內之水份。
Check if the amount of oil in the three-point combination oil cup is sufficient, and
release the water in the three-point combination air filter water cup.
(7) 檢查自動潤滑泵浦是否當電源開啟時即開始動作
(間歇時間每 15 分鐘，給油量約 3~6C.C.)
Check if the automatic lubrication pump starts to operate when the power is turned on
(intermittent time every 15 minutes, the oil supply is about 3~6C.C.).
(8) 檢視自動潤滑油量，必要時適量添加。
Check the amount of automatic lubricant and add as much as necessary.
(9) 檢視油壓單元油管是否有滲漏現象。
Check if there is leakage in the oil pressure unit tubing.
(10)清除鐵屑承接濾網上的鐵屑。
