3-3.搬運注意事項 Transporting Precautions
3-3-1 搬運前的準備事項 Preparing Before Transporting
1.只有受過訓練並通過驗證的人員才可以操作堆高機、天車或其他類似功能之設
備，以及處理吊索之安置。
Only trained and certified personnel can operate forklift, cranes or other similarly
functioning equipment and handle the position of slings.
2.檢查天車的鋼纜或鏈條是否有疲勞現象，如遇有不良現象，禁止使用。
Check if the cable or chain of the crane is fatigued. If there is any problem, it is forbidden to
use.
3.請使用本公司建議之吊具，及輔助工具。
Please use our recommended spreaders and auxiliary tools.
4.必須確認天車吊勾在機台重心的正上方，且機台是在不傾斜的狀態下被吊起。
It must be confirmed that the crane hook is directly above the center of gravity of the machine.
And the machine is hoisted without tilting.
5.避免吊索壓迫到任何油、氣壓、潤滑、電線及切削液管路、接頭。
Avoid sling compress to any oil, air pressure, lubrication, wire and cutting fluid lines, joints.
6.搬運時，所使用之起重機或堆高機，承載荷重必須大於機台總重。因機型不同其使
用 10 噸~25 噸。
When transporting, the crane or forklift used must have a load bearing weight greater than
the total weight of the machine. Depending on the model of machine 10 tons to 25 tons.
7.機台搬運過程中，最好有人於旁邊指揮，以確保安全.
During the transporting of the machine, it is best to have someone beside to ensure safety.
8.使用堆高機搬運時，貨叉必須調整至適當位置，並注意機台重心，必須置放於堆高
機之承載中心，避免機台發生傾倒而傷及機台。

to the center of gravity of the machine. It must be placed in the forklift. Transport the center,
avoiding the falling of the machine and hurting the machine.
