6-3 每月維護保養 Monthly Maintenance
(1) 清潔操作面板，電氣箱內熱交換器過濾網。
Clean the operation panel and the heat exchanger filter in the electrical box.
(2) 檢測機台水平，確認水平調整螺絲，固定螺帽是否鬆動。
Check the level of the machine and the leveling screw and the fixing nut are loose.
(3) 檢測主軸中心與工作台面垂直度。
Check the position of spindle and machine work table.
(4) 檢測軸向極限，原點微動開關作用是否正常。
Detecting axial limits, Whether the origin micro switch is normal or not.
(5) 清洗切削水箱，清潔切削液和沖屑泵浦。
Clean the cutting water tank, clean the cutting fluid and punching pump.
檢 測 電 氣 箱 內 部 是 否 有 油 污 ， 灰 塵 進 入 ， 必 要 時 清 潔 ， 並 查 明 原 因 。

Check the inside of the electrical box for oil, dust, and clean it if necessary, and find
out the cause.
