6-5 每年維護保養 Yearly Maintenance
(1) 檢查操作面板按鍵是否靈敏正常.
Check if the operation panel keys are still quick and normal.
(2) 將電氣箱、操作箱內所有繼電氣接點上之積碳用抹布沾酒精擦拭。
Wipe the amassed carbon on all electrical contacts in the electrical box and the
operation box with alcohol.
(3) 清洗切削水箱並更換同性質切削水.
Clean cutting water tank and replace cutting water with the same properties.
清 洗 油 壓 裝 置 ， 並 更 換 新 油 ， 同 時 檢 測 所 設 定 之 調 整 壓 力 是 否 正 常 .
(4)
Clean the oil pressure device and replace it with new oil, and check if the set
adjustment pressure is normal.
(5) 通知本廠技術員校正機器水平，以維護機器精度。
Inform the factory technician to correct the machine level to maintain machine
accuracy.
※在維護保養時，若遇有困難或疑問，請通知本廠技術員。
In case of difficulties or doubts during maintenance, please inform our technicians.
