5-2-1.潤滑用油 Lubricating Oil
A. 氣壓系統用油(三點組合)
(1) 定期檢視氣壓系統用油，當油杯內之油量不足時，請適量添加.
Regularly check the oil used in the pneumatic system. When the amount of oil in the
oil cup is insufficient, please add it in an appropriate amount.
(2) 使用油品規格，請參照機台上所貼之潤滑指示銘牌。使用油品規格，請參照機
台上所貼之潤滑指示銘牌.
For using oil specifications, please refer to the lubrication indicator nameplate attached
to the machine.
(3) 氣壓系統之三點組合過濾水份杯，請定期將水杯內空氣中過濾的水份清除。
The three-points combination of air pressure filter the water cup, please periodically
remove the air from filter water cup.
B. 自動潤滑用油(軌道用)
(1) 定期檢視自動潤滑注油器油箱油量(約 2~3 天定期檢查)。
Regularly check the oil level of automatic lubrication oiler tank (check regularly 2-3
days).
(2) 請依潤滑指示銘牌指定用油，添加潤滑油，或使用相同規格，別種廠牌軌道潤
滑油。
Please specify the oil according to the lubrication instruction plate, add the lubricating
oil, or use the same specifications, and other types of orbit lubricating oil.
C. 油壓系統用油(油壓單元):
(1) 定期檢是油壓箱量是否不足。
Regularly check the amount oil pressure tank is sufficient or not.
(2) 每半年請定期更換油壓箱全部用油。
Please change all the oil in oil pressure tank regularly every 6 months.
(3) 發現油量不足時，請依指示銘牌只是用油規格，添加液壓油。發現油量不足時，
請依指示銘牌只是用油規格，添加液壓油。
