The FcP 5020 default setting of DO1 is ''1'', i.e. the frequency converter warning.
Meanwhile the default setting of relay and EDO / EDO2 when connected to ASF
are both ''0'', which means the function of relay and EDO / EDO2 is assigned by
EFC firmware.
The EFC parameter E2.15 has been set to ''14'' (frequency converter error) by
