After you have clicked Apply, the Save button appears at the top of the window. Click Save to prevent
the changes to be lost if there is a power outage or if the phone is disconnected from its power
source.

rogramming the function keys
The freely programmable function keys on the phone and on all connected expansion modules can
be mapped on the phone and on the phone's web interface. We recommend using the web interface
which is faster and more comfortable.

Function key settings on the phone

1. Press or to open the Settings menu.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Select Function keys.
4. Select SmartLabel Keys.
