The Next-Generation Business Phone
The Snom D375 is a next-generation VoIP phone for business users who need immediate access to all of their impor-
tant information. With its large 4.3" colour TFT display, the Snom D375 offers an improved and extended presentation of
call lists, address books, and menus. 12 freely programmable dual-colour function keys can be configured for a variety
of comfort functions such as speed dial, extension, or presence indication. The D375 features two Gigabit Ethernet ports
to connect networking devices together. Built-in Bluetooth compatibility and a high-speed USB port enable the users
to connect a variety of accessories such as wireless headsets and Wi-Fi sticks. Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6 support ensures
investment security. The D375's non-wearing sensor hook switch ensures a long product life even when the phone is used
extensively and over long periods of time. The Digital Signal Processor (DSP), paired with an audio system engineered in
Germany, guarantees excellent, unmatched audio performance.

  • Page 3 Shortcut and quick dial keys are assigned in the user’s Self-service portal. Please note that your locally installed configurations will be overwritten after every reboot. Calling and answering users are managed similarly on all Snom devices. There are five distinctive ways of calling and two ways of answering the phone.

    The DHCP server automatically assigns configurations to each device on the network, i.e. all devices are communicating via the ISP. When the Snom device is connected to the network, it will automatically begin to initialize by connecting to the DHCP and download the configurations. Please note that this moment is the most problematic, troubleshooting usually begins here.
  • Page 5 Bluetooth The D375 Snom-phone has a built-in wireless module that is compatible with Bluetooth v4.0 + EDR, class 2, headsets. Turn on the headset to make it detectable. You may need to put some headsets into pairing mode to make them detecta- ble.
  • Page 6 To be able to use a different headset with the phone, the currently connected headset must be unpaired from the phone first. This can be done whether the headset is turned on or off.
