15 Troubleshooting
If the device does not operate as intended, check the table below for information.
Symptom
The device cannot be switched on. The device is not being supplied with power.
No sound can be heard.
The display does not switch on.
Poor reception via DAB+ / FM.
The device cannot be operated.
No Bluetooth device is found

Possible cause/remedy
Connect the power supply unit correctly to the
socket and to the device. Charge the battery.
Increase the volume.
Disconnect the device from the power supply/
switch off and then reconnect/switch on the
device.
Change the position of the antenna or the
DIGITRADIO 231 OD.
Disconnect the device from the power supply/
switch off and then reconnect/switch on the
device.
Activate the pairing mode on both units. During
pairing, both units should be within a maximum
radius of 2 metres.
