• Conform to all of the relevant provisions of the Machinery Directive 2006/127/EC of 21 October 2009 amending
Directive 2006/42/EC with regard to machinery for pesticide application.
• Conform to the provisions of Council Directive 2004/108/EC (EMC).
• Comply with the provisions of Appendix I provided in article R.4312-1 appearing at the end of title 1, book III of the
fourth section of the French Labour Code, amended by Decree No. 20011-1480 of 9 November 2011 related to work
equipment and personal protective equipment.
