Control Units in the Tractor

The sprayer is operated using these control units, which are delivered
with the sprayer.
The control units are to be installed in the tractor, before using the
sprayer.
÷
NOTE! The control units might look different depending on you
delivery.
1. Controller
2. Grip
3. SetBox
The Grip and SetBox are prepared for ISOBUS connections.
For instructions on how to operate the Controller, see the Controller's instruction book delivered with the sprayer.
For instructions on how to operate the Grip and SetBox, see
• "Operating the Grip" on page 97.
• "Operating the Control Units While Spraying" on page 102.

IntelliTrack

The IntelliTrack will make the sprayer automatically follow the tractor's
back wheels, when turning in the field, e.g. at headlands. The IntelliTrack
can easily be operated with the hydraulic control unit. IntelliTrack has an
integrated safety feature which prevents oversteering, when the driving
speed is too high for the given turning radius. If a TankGauge is fitted, the
tank filling level is also taken into account.
Advantages with IntelliTrack:
• A small turning radius
• A better precision when turning
±
WARNING! The operator is responsible for setting the speed limit
for IntelliTrack after taking into account the terrain and driving
skills.
Ask you HARDI dealer if this setting is to be changed.
±
WARNING! During road transport the drawbar must be aligned in centre position and mechanically locked - see
"Transport Lock for Drawbar" on page 78. For more instructions, please refer to the instruction book for the controller
in the tractor cabin.

ManualTrack

The ManualTrack is used for track correction on slopes, making the sprayer drive a little uphill and follow the driving track of
the tractor. The ManualTrack can easily be operated with a toggle switch in the hydraulic control unit.
All main spray functions, settings and readouts are selected on this screen.
The functions most frequently used while spraying can be operated here.
Secondary functions can be operated here.
