Emergency Operation - Hydraulics

In case of power failure, the damper control can be operated as follows:
1. Remove plastic cover (A) from valve (B).
2. Turn valve (B) inwards.

Emergency Operation - EasyClean Filter

If difficulties with opening the filter and closing the built-in valve occur,
it can be emergency handled by using a 13 mm wrench on the key
profile (A) located at the bottom of the filter housing.
Also the filter can be drained before filter element at the drain plug (B).

WARNING! Always wear protective clothing and gloves before
opening the filter!

Emergency Operation - Liquid System

In case of a power failure, it is possible to operate all functions of the
operating unit manually.
Disconnect the power supply to the sprayer.
Manually turn the control knobs on the distribution valves.
• If they are easily turned by hand, the power is shut off correctly.
• If they are hard to turn, you need to disconnect e.g. ISOBUS cable
to turn off the power for these valves.
EFC and SprayBox
First disconnect the multi-plug from the control box. Then manually turn the emergency control handle on the distribution
valve (1).
Turn the handle anticlockwise to close and clockwise to open.

NOTE! The handle on the distribution valve has a peg that acts as a mechanical stop.
• The problem may be due to a blown fuse.
• Three fuses are placed inside the SprayBox. Fuse type: Thermo.
• When the fuse have cooled off, turn the SprayBox back on.
