CX-Programmer Connection

Use the following procedure if the CX-Programmer cannot connect to the PLC.
Connecting via the Peripheral USB Port
The CX-Programmer
cannot connect.
Is the USB cable
securely connected?
Yes
Is the CX-Programmer
network type set to USB?
Yes
Replace the USB cable.
If the cycle time is too long, it may result the communication failure when CX-Programmer tries to work
online. In this case, click the Settings button on the right side of Network Type in the Change PLC dia-
log box and increase the value in Response Timeout(s).
