5.8.4 SIM Card Reader
SmartStart SL302 contains two readers for 3 V and 1.8 V SIM cards, which are placed on
the rear panel of the device. For getting the router to work is necessary to insert an activated
SIM card with an unblocked PIN code. The SIM cards might be of different adjusted APN
(Access Point Name).
Changing the SIM card:
Before handling of the SIM card disconnect the router from power supply!
Use a plastic opening tool, or your fingernail, to press the SIM card slightly deeper
into its slot until you hear a click.
After the click, release the card and it will pop out of its slot.
Remove the SIM card and push any other SIM card into the slot until it clicks in
place.
