The standard/sport suspension settings
provide a comfortable ride and good
handling characteristics for general, solo
riding.
Street Triple R and Street Triple Rx
For Street Triple R and Street Triple Rx
the standard/sport suspension settings
provide
sport-oriented
characteristics with a slight sacrifice to
rider
comfort.
The
chart
previously shows the suggested settings
for the front suspension.
Warning
Where the same adjustments are
installed to both forks, ensure that
both adjusters are set to the same
positions. Settings which vary from
left to right could significantly change
handling characteristics leading to
loss of control and an accident.

between front and rear suspension is
maintained.

Spring Preload Adjustment

Spring preload adjuster
(Street Triple R shown)
The spring preload adjusters are located
at the top of each fork.
To change the spring preload, rotate the
adjuster clockwise to increase preload,
or counterclockwise to decrease preload.
Always set the preload adjusters to the
same setting on both forks.
Note:
Ensure there are an equal number of
graduation lines visible on both
forks.
