LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE

Always follow proper safety precautions when working on or around any machinery.
Check for the following conditions and repair or replace when necessary:
Check daily for any unsafe conditions and fix immediately.
Check that all nuts and bolts are properly tightened.
On a weekly basis clean the machine and the area around it.
Lubricate gears, bushings, threaded components and sliding devices.
Apply rust inhibitive lubricant to all non-painted surfaces.
Loose mounting bolts.
Chipped brake fingers.
Dull or chipped shear blades.
Inadequate lubrication.
Any other condition that could hamper the safe operation of this machine.
Apply multi-purpose
grease
Note: Proper maintenance can increase the life expectancy of your machine.
Maintenance should be performed on a regular basis by
Brush a light coat of grease on the gear teeth.
Turn the handlebar to disperse the grease.
