IX. Reset to Factory Default
The lock can be reset to factory default by pressing the reset button on the back of the interior
assembly. This will delete all Users, and will set the Administrator's code back to default: 123456. The
EOS will be unpaired from the SECURAM Guard App.
Open the battery compartment
Find the red reset button
Using a paper clip, press and hold the red reset button inside the reset hole for approximately 5
seconds. You will hear "Reset to Factory Default"
All User codes and fingerprints will be deleted and the Administrator code will be set back to
123456 and will be disconnected from the app.
X. Repeated invalid code entry – Lock Out Mode
After entering 5 invalid codes, the touchpad is disabled for 3 minutes – Lock out mode. Even though the
touchpad is disabled, fingerprints or the app can still open the lock.
Successful unlocking with a fingerprint during lockout mode will enable to touchpad again.
XI. Low Battery
Under a low battery conditions, the SECURAM EOS will provide a low battery warning upon code or
fingerprint entry. The lock will unlock with the voice warning "Low Battery", and the low battery
indicator flashes red. Please change batteries. Programming features are disabled when battery is low
NOTE: Lock programming cannot be performed under low battery conditions.
