Required materials: Loctite® 241 (636K13)

1) Use the screws to mount the lamination bars on the medial support.
2) Upon completion of the orthosis, attach the medial support to the orthos­
is using the screws. Apply Loctite® 241 to the screw connections and
tighten them (tightening torque 6 Nm).
6 Cleaning
1) Clean the joint with a damp cloth when needed.
2) Dry it with a lint-free cloth and allow it to air dry fully. Do not expose to
direct heat sources (e.g. sunlight, stove or radiator).
7 Maintenance
INFORMATION
The product may be exposed to increased loads by the patient.
► Shorten the maintenance intervals according to the expected loads.
The manufacturer recommends a semi-annual inspection to verify functional­
ity and check for wear of the system joints.
Follow the maintenance schedule included with the E-MAG instructions for
use.
8 Disposal
Dispose of the product in accordance with national regulations.
