6.1 Liability
The manufacturer will only assume liability if the product is used in accord­
ance with the descriptions and instructions provided in this document. The
manufacturer will not assume liability for damage caused by disregard of this
document, particularly due to improper use or unauthorised modification of
the product.
6.2 CE Conformity
This product meets the requirements of the European Directive 93 / 42 / E EC
for medical devices. This product has been classified as a class I device
according to the classification criteria outlined in Annex IX of the directive.
The declaration of conformity was therefore created by the manufacturer
with sole responsibility according to Annex VII of the directive.

Les présentes instructions d'utilisation vous apportent des informations im­
portantes pour adapter et poser l'orthèse de l'articulation en selle du pouce
Rhizo Forsa 50A4.
2 Utilisation
2.1 Usage prévu
L'orthèse est exclusivement destinée à un appareillage orthétique de
l'extrémité supérieure et elle est conçue uniquement pour entrer en contact
avec une peau intacte.
Il est impératif d'utiliser l'orthèse conformément aux indications.
2.2 Indications
• Lésions du ligament latéral de l'articulation basale du pouce (pouce du
skieur par ex.)
• Entorses
• États inflammatoires et usure au niveau de l'articulation en selle et de
l'articulation basale du pouce ( rhizarthrose par ex.)
L'indication est déterminée par le médecin.
