EXERCISE COMPUTER
Time (TIME)-This mode displays the elapsed time.
Note: If you set a time goal, this display will show the time remaining in your work-
out.
Speed (SDP)- This mode displays your pedaling speed, in mile per hour.
Distance (DIST)- This mode displays the distance you have pedaled during your workout,
in miles.
Note: If you set a distance goal, this display will show the distance remaining in
your workout.
Calories (CAL)- This mode displays the approximate number of calories you have burned
during your workout.
Note: If you set a calories-burning goal, this display will show the number of calo-
ries still to burned in your workout.
Total distance (ODO)-This mode displays the total number of miles that have been ped-
aled since the exercise bike was purchased.
Pulse (PUL)- This mode displays your heart rate in beats per minute when you hold the
handgrip heart rate monitor. If you set a target heart rate, this display will flash whenever
your heart rate is above the target.
WARNING! Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate. Over exercise may
result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint stop exercising immediately".
Scan (SCAN)- This mode displays the time,calories,distance,pulse and odometer modes,
for 5 seconds each, in a repeating cycle.
