General Safety Precautions

The following general safety precautions apply to the DSXpert OTAU module.
Danger: Invisible laser radiation is present within this device. Avoid direct exposure to the
beam.
Danger: To avoid the possibility of severe and potentially fatal electric shock, never install
electrical equipment in a wet location or during a lightning storm.
Caution: Always wear an anti-static discharge wrist strap to prevent static electric discharge
damage to the electronic circuitry.

Warning: This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and if not
installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause interference to radio
communications. It has been tested and found to comply with limits for a Class A digital
device pursuant to Subpart A of Part 15 of FCC Rules, which are designed to provide
reasonable protection against such interference when operated in a commercial environment.
Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause interference to TV and
