NETWORK SCANNING

Set the usage method for sending data scanned using the network scanner function.

Click [Network Scanning] in the menu
frame.
The "Network Scanning" screen will appear.

Configure settings for network
scanning.
For detailed information, click the [Help] button in
the upper right-hand corner of the window.

Click [Submit] to store the entered
information.
Set the usage method for sending data scanned using the network
scanner function.
Allow sending of scanned data to a USB memory device.
Allow sending of scanned data to an e-mail address.
Allow sending of scanned data to a file server, desktop, and
Sharpdesk Mobile.
Set a Bcc destination for a Scan to E-mail job. Select the checkbox
and enter the Bcc e-mail address (maximum 100 characters) in the
text box.
Configure settings for the size of files sent by Scan to E-mail.
Do not send if the file size exceeds the set limit.
Send file regardless of the file size.
Configure settings for the file name.
Use the date and time of scanning for the file name.
Use the total number of pages sent since the machine power was
turned on for the file name. (This cannot be used with Scan to USB
memory.)
Use a special ID number created from the machine ID, serial
number, counter, date, and time for the file name.
Enter the text string used for the e-mail subject when using Scan to
E-mail.
