3.2.2 Setting Auto Sipper

measurement item, refer to the section "4.1 What the Product
Can Do" of "INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR MODEL UH5300
SPECTROPHOTOMETER".

Select Auto Sipper from the tabs, and set Sipping Time, Delay Time,
and Air Purge. For setting other measurement conditions, refer to the
chapter "4 First-Time Measurement" of "INSTRUCTION MANUAL
FOR MODEL UH5300 SPECTROPHOTOMETER".

Sipping Time: This is the processing time for sipping sample
caused by pushing the sipping lever. The time is
settable within the range of 0 - 60.0 seconds at
0.1 second intervals. When the viscosity of sample is
equal to that of pure water, approx. 1.5 mL can be
sipped in 5 seconds. To measure a sample with a
viscosity equivalent to pure water at the room
temperature of 25 °C, it is recommended for sipping
for 5 seconds.
