3.3 Measurement

3.3.2 Concentration Measurement

Given below is the general measurement procedure for the

quantitative calculation to create calibration curves.

(1) Switching to measurement screen

After setting the conditions, select the [STD Measurement]

button on the screen to proceed to the measurement screen.

NOTE: The settings of "Sipping Time", "Delay Time", and "Air

Purge" are common to the standard measurement and the

sample measurement. Pay attention to the viscosity and

temperature of each solution in setting.

(2) Sipping of autozero sample

After moving to the measurement screen, the autozero

execution window is displayed. Place the sipping nozzle in the

sample solution for autozero, push the sipping lever to sip the

solution, to measure the autozero automatically.

To execute an autozero between an interval of the

measurements for standard solutions or sample solutions, press

[autozero] icon and follow the guidance to execute the

autozero.

NOTE: Pressing the [OK] button on the screen without pushing the

sipping lever permits executing the autozero without

sipping.
