Repairs - Drum & Drum Shaft Installation
5. Move the drum into position while being careful not
to loose the piston seal ring.

6. Align adapter and drum holes, then install the
thimbles and screws. Tighten progressively and
evenly to ensure uniform compression of seal ring.
Do not tighten to final torque.

Capscrew
Install drum gear.
Drum Gear
Align drum gear with adapter and temporarily secure
the drum gear to the adapter, using the retainer plate
and two capscrews. This will ensure that the drum
gear will not fall during installation of the shaft.
