Error Codes

When you apply power to the fixture, it runs a calibration (homing) sequence. If the fixture
detects errors during calibration, a red error notification appears at the bottom of the UI
display and details about the errors are listed in Main Menu → Diagnostics → Errors.

Remedy
In the main menu, navigate to Diagnostics → Sensor, move the color
wheel to a position where the magnet is near the sensor, and verify that
the sensor is working.
Check the sensor PCB wiring and verify that wires are not broken or
unplugged from the sensor or motor driver board.
Confirm that the color wheel is not obstructed and is able to move freely.
In the main menu, navigate to Diagnostics → Sensor, move the CTO flag
to a position where the magnet is near the sensor, and verify that the
sensor is working.
Check the sensor PCB wiring and verify that wires are not broken or
unplugged from the sensor or motor driver board.
Confirm that the CTO flag is not obstructed and is able to move freely.
In the main menu, navigate to Diagnostics → Sensor, move the cyan flag
to a position where the magnet is near the sensor, and verify that the
sensor is working.
Check the sensor PCB wiring and verify that wires are not broken or
unplugged from the sensor or motor driver board.
Confirm that the cyan flag is not obstructed and is able to move freely.
In the main menu, navigate to Settings → Restore Defaults and reset the
fixture's defaults to the factory defaults.
In the main menu, navigate to Diagnostics → Sensor, move the focus
carriage to a position where the magnet is near the sensor, and verify
that the sensor is working.
Check the sensor PCB wiring and verify that wires are not broken or
unplugged from the sensor or motor driver board.
Confirm that the focus carriage is not obstructed and is able to move
freely.
In the main menu, navigate to Diagnostics → Sensor, move the light
diffusion to a position where the magnet is near the sensor, and verify
that the sensor is working.
Check the sensor PCB wiring and verify that wires are not broken or
unplugged from the sensor or motor driver board.
Confirm that the light diffusion flag is not obstructed and is able to move
freely.
In the main menu, navigate to Diagnostics → Sensor, move the heavy
diffusion to a position where the magnet is near the sensor, and verify
that the sensor is working.
Check the sensor PCB wiring and verify that wires are not broken or
unplugged from the sensor or motor driver board.
Confirm that the heavy diffusion flag is not obstructed and is able to
move freely.
In the main menu, navigate to Diagnostics → Sensor, move the magenta
flag to a position where the magnet is near the sensor, and verify that the
sensor is working.
Check the sensor PCB wiring and verify that wires are not broken or
unplugged from the sensor or motor driver board.
Confirm that the magenta flag is not obstructed and is able to move
freely.
