Operation controls of the barcode reader

The barcode reader setup includes following components :
• A battery powered barcode reader
• A USB access point that receives the barcode readouts from the barcode
reader via bluetooth. The USB access point has a label with a barcode for
pairing it to a barocde reader device.
• A cradle connected to power outlet to store the barcode reader and charge
the battery.
Status LED
1.
The LED is flashing amber while charging.
The LED is solid green when fully charged.
Scan button.
2.
To scan a barcode, press the scan button while pointing the device to a
barcode.
Delete button.
3.
Not used.
Battery level indicators.
4.
The battery level is indicated while charging.
Battery level button.
5.
Bluetooth LED.
6.
The bluetooth LED flashes every 4 seconds when the barcode reader is
ready for operation.
The bluetooth LED flashes fast for a few seconds when it has lost
connection to the USB access point.
Bluetooth button.
