SATA Controller(s)
Enable or disable the Serial ATA controller. This following fields will only be displayed when this
field is enabled.
SATA Speed
Select Serial ATA controller(s) speed — Auto, Gen1 (1.5 Gbit/s), Gen2 (3 Gbit/s) or Gen 3 (6
Gbit/s).
SATA Mode Selection
The mode selection determines how the SATA controller(s) operates.
•
AHCI
This option allows the Serial ATA controller(s) to use AHCI (Advanced Host
Controller Interface).
•
RAID
This option allows the Serial ATA controller(s) to use UEFI, RAID, and Intel
Rapid Storage Technology.
SATA Port 0-3/Hot Plug
Enable or disable each Serial ATA port and its hot plug function.
