Additional PCI Riser Kit (N8116-31)

Installing an optional PCI riser kit (N8116-31) allows the server to have additional slot dedicated to RAID
Controller. Note, however, LAN riser card becomes unavailable if the slot is made dedicated to RAID Controller.
In addition, any PCI board than RAID Controller cannot be installed in this slot.
Only one RAID Controller can be installed in riser card.

Read the following precautions when installing or removing an additional PCI riser kit or RAID Controller.
Do not touch the terminals of the riser card and the leads of electronic components with your bare hand.
Fingerprints and dust left on them cause the server to malfunction due to a connection failure or damage to
the leads.
