Expansion Card Setup

PCI Card Slots
The SC846 chassis includes PCI slots for expansion cards.
Installing Expansion Cards in the SC846 Chassis:
1. Power down the system as described in section 4-2, lay the chassis on a flat
surface, and open the chassis cover.
2. Remove the screw holding the cover in place for each PCI slot you want to use.
Keep this screw for later use.
3. Connect the expansion card to the mother board.
4. Secure each card to the chassis using the card's L bracket and the previously
removed screw.
