BUILT-IN DIMENSIONS
The Pizza Oven can be installed into an existing or new built-in enclosure. Built-in model en-
closures must be made of noncombustible masonry materials.
When installing the Pizza Oven as a built-in unit, careful consideration must be taken with the
materials to be used in the construction of the enclosure. The image below shows a typical built-in
installation.
DIMENSIONS ARE IN INCHES
A minimum perimeter of 1 in clearance to the sides of the oven.
A 4 in x 4 in opening at the right rear corner of the unit is required for access to the gas hook-up be-
low the oven.
