cod. 3541V691 - Rev. 00 - 04/2022
Cure
Check the regular gas flow to the boiler
and that the air has been eliminated from
the pipes
Check the wiring of the electrode and that
it is correctly positioned and free of any
deposits; replace the electrode if neces-
sary.
Check the gas supply pressure
Check the trap and clean it if necessary
Remove the obstruction from the flue,
fume extraction ducts, air inlet and termi-
nals.
Do the Calibration procedure [AUTO
SETUP].
Check the gas valve and replace it if
necessary
Check the ionization electrode wiring
Check the condition of the electrode
Electrode to ground
Cable to ground
Check the trap and clean it if necessary
Check the card
Check the 5-pin connector wiring
Check the fan and replace it if necessary
Check the position of the ionization elec-
trode, free it from any encrustations and
do the Calibration procedure [AUTO
SETUP]. Replace the electrode if neces-
sary.
Check the burner
Remove the obstruction from the flue,
fume extraction ducts, air inlet and termi-
nals
Check the trap and clean it if necessary
Do the Calibration procedure [AUTO
SETUP].
Check the gas supply pressure
Check the correct positioning and opera-
tion of the sensors and replace them if
necessary.
