Extraordinary maintenance and replacement of components
After replacing the gas valve, burner, electrode and PCB, it is necessary to do the calibration procedure [AUTO SE-
TUP] (see "Calibration procedure [AUTO SETUP]" on page 32). Then follow the instructions in par. "Checking the com-
bustion values" on page 32.
Gas valve replacement
• Disconnect the power supply and close the gas cock ahead of the valve.
• Disconnect the electrical connectors "1" (fig. 46).
• Disconnect the gas supply pipe "2" (fig. 46)
• Undo the screws "3" (fig. 47)
• Remove the gas valve "4" and the gas diaphragm "5" (fig. 48).
• Fit the new valve, carrying out the above steps in reverse order.
• Refer to the instruction sheet included in the kit when replacing the gas diaphragm.
