5. ASSEMBLY
Check for damage to the tool, parts or accessories which may have occurred during transport. Take the time to
thoroughly read and understand this manual prior to operation.
To install cutting blade: (Figure 2)
1. Unplug power cord fi rst.
2. Turn the clamp lever 3 right and guide the saw blade 5 behind the bracket 4 into the saw blade clamp 3.
Release the clamp lever.
3. Pull on blade to make sure it is securely fastened. A loose saw blade can fall out and cause injury.
4. Plug in power cord to operate tool.
Removing the saw blade
Before removing, allow the saw blade to cool down. Danger of injury when touching
the hot saw blade. Press the clamping lever 3 right and pull out the saw blade 5.
Release the clamp lever 3.
WARNING!
Before plugging in power cord, always pull on the blade to make sure it is securely locked in the clamp. Failure to
do so may result in serious injury.
