(3) When Emulator MCU is an RFS or RLFS Chip without Screw-lock

If the emulator MCU is an RFS or RLFS chip without a screw-lock, use the 28DP-WS board as the
probe direction converter board and the PCA4933 (separately available) to connect with the target
system.

3.5 Connecting the Target System

Use the suitable converter for your package to connect the emulator MCU and the target system.
For details on the connection to the target system, refer to the Accessory Guide at the URL below.

• Always shut OFF power before connecting the target system. The power ON state
could destroy internal circuits.
• The small connector J1 on the tip of the PCA7733 REV.B is guaranteed for only 20
insertion/removal iterations.
• Take care not to attach the converter board in a wrong direction. It may cause a fatal
damage to the emulation pod.

Connecting procedure
(1) Connect the 28DP-WS and the PCA4933.
(2) Connect the PCA4933 to the RFS/RLFS chip
without screw-lock.
(3) Connect the PCA7733 REV.B and the 28DP-
WS.
