In the Conferences list pane, right-click, and in the drop-down
menu select Paste Conference As.
The Conference Properties dialog box is displayed.

Modify the conference information as required.

Click the OK button to paste and start the new conference.

Changing the Video Layout of a Conference

While the conference is running, you can change the video layout and
select one of 24 video layouts supported by the RMX.
Video Layout selection can be done in two levels:
