Mot ion LLC. The warrant y period t o t he original purchaser is lifet im e of t he original purchaser.
Healt h I n Mot ion warrant s t hat t he Product you have purchased for non- com m ercial, personal, fam ily or household
use from Healt h I n Mot ion LLC or from an aut horized Healt h I n Mot ion reseller is free from defect s in m at erials or
workm anship under norm al use during t he warrant y period. Your sales receipt , showing t he dat e of pur chase of t he
Product , is your proof of t he dat e of purchase. This warranty ext ends only t o you, t he original purchaser. I t is not
t ransferable t o anyone who subsequent ly purchases t he Product from you. I t excludes expendable part s such as paint
and finish. This Warrant y becom es VALI D ONLY if t he Product is assem bled / inst alled according t o t he inst ruct ions /
direct ions included wit h t he Product .

During t he warrant y period Healt h I n Mot ion will at no addit ional charge, repair or replace t he Product if it becom es
defect ive, m alfunct ions, or ot herwise fails t o conform wit h t his Warrant y under norm al non- com m ercial, personal,
fam ily, or household use. I n repairing t he product Healt h I n Mot ion m ay replace defect ive part s wit h, at t he opt ion of
Healt h I n Mot ion, serviceable used part s t hat are equivalent t o new part s in perform ance, or new part s. All exchanged
part s and Product s replaced under t his warrant y will becom e t he propert y of Healt h I n Mot ion. Healt h I n Mot ion
reserves t he right t o change m anufact urers and or specificat ion of any part t o cover any exist ing warrant y.

To obt ain warrant y part s, you m ust ret urn t he part s t o Healt h I n Mot ion or an aut horized Healt h I n Mot ion ret ailer in
it s original cont ainer ( or equivalent ) . You m ust pre- pay any shipping charges, t axes, or any ot her charges associat ed
wit h t ransport at ion of t he Product . I n addit ion, you are responsible for insuring any Product shipped or ret urned. You
assum e t he risk of loss during shipm ent . You m ust present Healt h I n Mot ion wit h proof- of- purchase docum ent s
( including t he dat e of pur chase, Model, and Serial Num ber) . Any evidence of alt erat ion, erasing or forgery of proof -
of- purchase docum ent s will be cause t o void t his Warrant y.

This Warrant y does not ext end t o any Product not purchased from Healt h I n Mot ion LLC or from an aut horized Healt h
I n Mot ion reseller. This Warrant y does not ext end t o any Product t hat has been dam aged or rendered defect ive; ( a)
as a result of accident , m isuse, or abuse; ( b) by t he use of part s not m anufact ured or sold by Healt h I n Mot ion; ( c) by
m odificat ion of t he Product ; ( d) as a result of service by anyone ot her t han Healt h I n Mot ion, or an aut horized Healt h
I n Mot ion warrant y service provider; ( e) product t hat has not been properly m aint ained ( follow m aint enance schedule
found on product ) . Should any product subm it t ed for Warrant y service be found t o be ineligible, an est im at e of repair
cost will be furnished and t he repair will be m ade if request ed by you upon Healt h I n Mot ion receipt of paym ent or
accept able arrangem ent of paym ent .
