4.7. Remote

The remote function is linked to the TeamViewer QuickSupport application, which
user can use it to get the remote control from technical support team of Xtool
technician, engineer, or distributor. The technical support team will use their PC via
TeamViewer software to control the H6 tablet under the permission of user.
Note: make sure H6 EB Tablet is connected to internet, send the ID the the remote operator, and
accept the remote control request on your device.
Remote control Steps:
1. Turn on the tablet, enter the Xtool diagnosis App
2. Click [Remote] to generate and display the device ID
3. Send the device ID to technical support staff
4. Agree the request from technical support to get the remote control
