Routing Wiring
1. Drill an 1¼" hole in the front of the rear bonnet.
2. Drill a 1¼" hole in the back of the rear bonnet as shown.
3. Remove snout hinge bracket and drill a ¼"
hole in the gusset for a wire clamp.
4. Thread the extension harness through the rear bonnet,
then through the gearbox cover cutouts to the bottom
of the platform, then reattach the snout hinges.
5. Fasten with cable clamps near snout hinge points.

Lift snout to see full range of motion
•
Leave enough slack to prevent tension on the wiring when snout is raised OR lowered
6. Route the extensions under the header behind the main
frame tube to the left of feeder.

Secure with clamps or zipties approximately
every 12 - 24 " as needed
•
Follow existing wiring where possible
•
May be zip-tied to gearbox clamp bolts
7. Repeat steps above for each sensor.
8. Wrap and fasten excess wiring in secure location.
9. Attach the control unit to the back of the header.

Holes for mounting should be ¼"
•
The control box should positioned at the left, close to the header mounting platform
