Factory Measure
As a temporary measure, a sheet [3] has been attached to the sensor lever [2] in the rear side [a] of the waste
toner inner case assembly [1] (the photos [A] and [B] respectively show the states before and after the
measure is taken). As a permanent measure, the shape [b] of the sensor lever has been changed (as shown
in the photo [C]) to correct the problem of insufficient movable range of the sensor lever.
In addition, the process has been improved to correct the problem of incorrect forming of a harness path.
