A-1) Change the setting values as described in red in the row "1" of the table below in accordance
with the toner color of which the retransfer residue ghost was confirmed in the step 6), and open and
close the front cover of the main body. This will enable the change of the setting value in Service
Mode. The retransfer residue ghost of Magenta occurred in case of [a] of the sample [C], change the
setting value for Magenta in Service Mode.
