IPv6 Pass Through
In pass-through mode, the router works as a Layer 2 Ethernet switch with two
ports (LAN and WAN Ethernet ports) for IPv6 packets. The router does not pro-
cess any IPv6 header packets.

Advanced Routing

EKI-6310GN allows you to configure advanced routing feature.
Destination: The IP address of packets that can be routed.
Type: Defines the type of destination. (Host: Signal IP address / Net: Portion of Net-
work)
Netmask: Displays the sub network associated with the destination.
Gateway: Defines the packets destination next hop. Interface: Select interface to
which a static routing subnet is to be applied.
Comment: Help identify the routing.
RIP: Enable or disable the RIP (Routing Information Protocol) for the WAN or LAN
interface
