Measuring Total Pulses of Conveyor Encoder

(1) Press the <MES1> (F1) or <MES2> (F2) function key corresponding to the
channel (CH1 or CH2) you wish to measure, using the cursor.

When you wish to count the number of pulses of CH1, press the <MES1> (F1) function
key.
(2) When you wish to count the number of pulses of CH1, press the <MES1>
(F1) function key. Likewise, when you wish to count the number of pulses
of CH2, press the <MES2> (F2) function key. After the conveyor has been
moved by "∆L", press the <SET> key.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL CONVEYOR SYNCHRONIZATION FUNCTION
: Indicates the measured value of total pulses of the
conveyor encoder.
When you press the <MES1> (F1) or <MES2> (F2)
function key, measurement of total encoder pulses starts.
For the measuring procedures, see Para. 1.2.1.
: Indicates the calculated value of conveyor travel
distance.
The value of "Mes Pulse" multiplied by the travel
distance per pulse of the encoder, which is registered
beforehand in user parameter U20, is indicated.
