Conveyor Synchronization Specifications

When the conveyor synchronization function of the option printed board (X8HL) is
used, the signal from the incremental encoder and input signal from the conveyor
synchronization start trigger switch are required.
5.2.1

Incremental Encoder Specifications

Use such an encoder having phase A and B signals with 90° phase difference,
whose output circuit is of an RS–422 differential output (line driver) type.

Incremental Encoder Connector Specifications

Connect the option printed board (X8HL) and incremental encoder to CN14 (*1).
*1: Connector CN14 on controller side: Type 52986–2071 made by Molex
