5.D. Running Reports
From the 'Home 'screen (Figure 56) of the user interface, it is possible to view sample tracking reports and
service reports on the instrument by pressing the Results button. The 'Results' screen displays a listing of all
of the reports for the protocols, service, and system tasks that have been run on the system (Figure 57). The
user can fi lter reports by date range by touching the buttons on the left side to view reports for runs
completed today, this week, this month, the past 3 months, the past 6 months, this year or all Maxwell
Instrument runs completed over the life of the instrument. In addition, reports can be fi ltered to show only
certain report types by touching the Extraction, Service, System, or All Types buttons on the left side of the
view. Touch the column headers to sort the report based on column contents. Touch the desired report entry
to see a detailed view of the report data (Figure 58). All reports can be exported to the administrator-specifi ed
Export Folder by touching the Export All button in the lower left corner of the view.
