Possible causes/consequences and
* The rear axle steering is temporarily unavailable. The turning circle may become wider.
Stop the vehicle in accordance with the traffic conditions and restart the engine.

If the display message does not disappear:
Drive on carefully.

Consult a qualified specialist workshop.
#
* The electronic locking differential has failed.
Consult a qualified specialist workshop.
#
* The electronic locking differential is overheated.
Let the electronic locking differential cool down by driving defensively.
#
* The active bonnet (pedestrian protection) is malfunctioning or inoperative after having already been triggered.
Consult a qualified specialist workshop.
#
* The rear wing cannot reach the end position during retraction and extends again if possible.
The vehicle's speed may be restricted.
If retraction of the rear wing is blocked, e.g. by ice:
Ensure that the cause of the blockage has been removed.

Switch off the engine and lock the vehicle.
