Installing the Power Supply
1. Adjust the voltage output to 24.9V using the Voltage Adjustment screw on the front face of the power supply
2. Mount the power supply in the mid system to minimize the voltage drop to the node assemblies.
3. If the maximum current draw of the VRI system exceeds 7 Amps a second, power supply 1608401 must be
installed.
4. If the system length is longer than 500 meters/1700 feet a second 1608401 power supply assembly must be in-
stalled. For systems with two power supplies install one at ¼ of the system length and one at ¾ of the system
length. Each node can only be connected to one power supply. Do not connect the DC voltage output wires of
the power supplies together.
