No RIS Query Result Issue
Problem
Can't get any patient query result in IDR, and no error message displays.
Route Cause:
For Default worklist query, IDR's query send a filter Pat_Local_Id='*' to RIS, here * is wildcard
character which means patient local ID could be anything. If RIS mistake to view patient local ID *
as ASCII code of *, no query result could be got in IDR. Need RIS side update RIS SW.
